There are 4 files in this supplement:

1. alldata.txt: this contains all of the data used in the analysis.
The fields are:
#ID: Subject ID
Age: Subject age (years)
Weight: Subject weight (kg)
height: Subject height (cm)
group: With epinephrine (1) or without epinephrine (2)
sample: 1 = arterial, 2 = venous
Time: Time sample was drawn
C: Concentration
LGC: Natural log of concentration
MDV: Missing dependent variable (used by NONMEM)

2. control.median.fit.txt: the NONMEM control file

3. run summary.control.median.fix.txt: the NONMEM Run Summary

4. output.control.median.fit.txt: the NONMEM output file
